All our meat is Mid-Western grain fed beef, aged 21 days and cooked over native hardwood on our Aztec wood-fired grill. All of our steaks are hand cut and marinated in-house. If you see a marinated or dry rubbed steak that you would prefer not marinated, please ask your server.
